I've done 360's before, what's the difference?

Poor data can lead to poor decisions so while there are 360 assessments in the market,  we make sure that any feedback gathered on you as part of our review comes from live conversations, not generic surveys or AI generated questionnaires. This allows us greater insight into how the CEO is truly perceived, where they may be causing roadblocks and their current ability to influence others. It’s quite a rare event for many CEOs to have accurate & impartial feedback on themselves, a space to explore that intel openly and to make their own performance a project. 

We do not focus on your hard skills which you’ll likely be very familiar with, but rather on the often hidden impact of the human traits you bring to the table which underpin daily execution. During our review, you will also have 24/7 personal access to an experienced executive coach giving you comprehensive and tailored support throughout the process.

How do you measure the success / failure of your coaching?

Every engagement with a CEO is designed to suit their personal circumstances, challenges, targets and environment. As a result, the metrics to measure ROI are dependant on the specific outcomes and value they’re looking to add to their business. This is why completion of our review process is a prerequisite to any ongoing coaching being offered to see IF coaching would be relevant post review and to ensure any ongoing support is not just useful but commercially valuable.

I have a mentor(s), how is executive coaching different?

Whether you’re a founding or appointed CEO, you likely have mentors either through your own existing network or that the board have introduced. Mentors can be an exceptional resource whom, broadly speaking, can relay their own lived experience or expertise of specific information; typically industry or market related. 

The right coach is there make sure you consistently execute as needed to reach your intended outcome(s). This can mean helping you reveal ways you may be bottlenecking progress, how your communication could land better with others, help you build confidence leading different types of people or challenging your assumptions on what are “obviously” good ideas.

There can be overlap in how each type of support helps a CEO of course, but our clients have frequently reported valuing the impartial space free of first degree bias that we offer to not only challenge them but for the clarity it affords them to freely explore a train of thought that’s volatile, personal or challenging to process. 

Will this interrupt workflow?

During the review period, we will speak with others in your business – limited to a maximum of an hour per individual. There are no generic surveys, group workshops, forms or AI generated questionnaires. Ongoing coaching sessions are 1 hour and phone based to ensure minimal disruption to workflow.

What happens when shit is happening and our next session is days away?

We’re on call just as much as you are because we understand it’s not uncommon to be thrown a curveball or fire from time to time. So you can get support when you need it, no matter the crisis or the timezone you’re presently in. 24/7.

I don't live in Australia or frequently travel overseas. Problem?

Both our appraisal and ongoing coaching services are delivered 100% remotely and we support clients in the US and Europe as well as those in Australia.
